If I financed a car from a buy here pay here place, can I take it back. ?
If so how many days can I take it back and what should I do? I live in Texas. Help please. I realized they are charging me like 16,000 in all over time for a 2002 lincoln Ls. Its a nice car I like It but I need them to come down on the price. Is it too late? I put 2000 down,and still owe another 1000 for the next month then the payments are like 370. I know they are winning. then on top of that they want full coverage insurance.
No you cant take it back but those places LOVE to keep your down payment and come repo the car. They will just sell it again tomorrow at the same price they sold it to you. And they WONT wait as long as a regular dealership to come pick it up. About 3 days after your missed payment they will be sending the repo man.
