Our first development is at 2901 Elm Point Industrial Drive in St. Charles County just west of St. Louis County, Missouri. This facility offers a variety of unit sizes (30' x 16', 45' x 16', and 60' x 16' - double, and triple wide unit's available per your request) for sale to either private or commercial buyers. Construction began on August 15, 2007 with Phase I completion by first of June, 2008.
