Owner Storage Condominiums is a group of construction professionals specializing in the development of large storage condo facilities in the state of Missouri. Our first development is at 2901 Elm Point Industrial Drive in St. Charles County. This facility offers a variety of unit sizes (30' x 16', 45' x 16', and 60' x 16') for sale to either private or commercial buyers. Construction began on August 15, 2007 with Phase I completion by end of March, 2008.

Storage units which are bought, instead of the traditional renting, are new to the Midwest area. Our goal is to introduce the model, which is popular in other parts of the country, to St. Louis and the surrounding region. This gives individuals the opportunity to have a secure storage facility in which they can store their boats, RVs, automobiles, or other big toys which are not always practical to store at your home. Being able to store these valuable pieces of personal property in a storage facility that you own gives a piece of mind.
