So my parents might give me my moms lincoln aviator but I hate the gas but I checked with insurance and its 600 to add me on oh no so my Dad said that he might buy me a car and so I might get a nissan sentra or honda accord which model or one is best? If I go with the nissan a 2007 to 2010 and if a accord 4 door or 2 door ?

The Sentra competes with the Civic which is a stepdown from an Accord. Get the latter it’s more high end.
